One of the biggest barriers towards leading a more healthy life is the lack of information that we have. Of course, there are tons of helpful resources on the internet, but there are also a ton more unhelpful resources, and, because of this, it can be hard to know where to start. Here, we hope to give you some ideas for quick, easy-to-make, healthy, and of course, DELICIOUS recipes that you can make from the comfort of your home!

 

From Issue 6 Volume 2: I encourage you to make this smoothie!! It is known to be healthy, boost metabolism, and actually have fiber and nutrients necessary for your body! And you’re in luck… it’s made of chocolate!

 

Instructions: Throw all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy!

 

Time: 5-10 minutes

Ingredients: 

1 scoop Organic Protein Powder

1 tbsp Chia Seed

3 tbsp Unsweetened Raw Organic Cocoa Powder

1 tbsp Almond Butter

½ cup Unsweetened Milk of Choice

¼ cup Full Fat Coconut Milk

4-5 pieces Ice
